On 2 April 2011,
the price of Ron 97 rose 20 sen a litre to RM2.70/litre. This makes it the
third times increase in year 2011 where10 sen increase to RM2.40 per litre on 5
Jan, 2011 and another 10 sen to RM2.50 on 1 Feb, 2011. The price setting of Ron
97 is determined by the market float of crude oil price and thus it accounted
rapid changes.


Ron 95 remains
at RM1.90/litre since 4 December 2010 and Diesel remains at Rm1.75 since 16
July 2010. Ron 95 is controlled and subsidized by the government. Thus, Ron 95
accounted least price variances while compared to Ron 97. Ron 95 was introduced
by the government in 2009 to mitigate the rakyat from the impact of fuel
price’s increases.

this afternoon i saw this status appeared on my facebook wall, i was shock because it could be a critical problem for the whole world if the nuclear plant in Japan explodes. I quickly visited to BCC website to check with the latest updates on Japan nuclear plant in order to certify the truthfulness of this breaking news.

Currently, I'm using Quora which is a Q&A websites. I would say that Quora is the combination of baidu zhidao (百度知道) and Wikipedia. this is because it is a Q&A website where we can see a lof of questions and websites in Quara, just like baidu zhidao (百度知道) and Quora is a continually improving collection of questions and answers created, edited, and organized by everyone who uses it, just like Wikipedia, get everyone be the editor. 

 

One
day, I and my gf went to watch movie at cinema. While waiting for the movie to
be shown, we went to a shopping complex nearby to have something for lunch. I
saw a row of mini box was located along the corridor.  These mini boxes are actually K-box which
allows the users to sing K in the box. The box was equipped with a set of TV
and sound system and it is sound-isolated. The users can sing K in the box with
their friends, however the size is limited; it only can fit in 1-4 persons.
Suddenly, there was an idea came across my mind: why don’t we watch movie in
this kind of box? Then, good deals of questions have popped out:

just read the news about facebook is going to launch its mail services which is known as Fmail. at that moment, 500 facebook users could register a new email account under @facebook.com / @fmail.com. if you wan to know further about this, please see the reports from techcrunch > here, here and wired > here. According to techcrunch, we can now mass export our FB's friends' private email address, please see here to learn how to do that. 

 
When a company is going to public, it will issue shares in order to collect money from the public. The company will pay dividend in exchange for the shareholders. In other words, i buy the shares = i invest money on the company; shares = money.

Just now i was reading a book which about why the stock market will affect the economic condition? According to this book, it said that when a company performs badly, the shareholders will not buy the share of this company and therefore the share price drops. because of the investors did not get profit, so it will depress the purchasing activities and eventually cause the economic condition get worst. 

最近看了李民傑和鄭匡宇合著的《出位：硬要世界看重我》，总结以下自己的偏见与看法。
 
整本书都是李民杰与鄭匡宇的对谈，从一篇又一篇的文章中，可以看得出他们的思想交流，震荡出一篇有一篇的好文章，富思考性的论点及点子。此书是关于我们如何出位，包含了如何出位的手段及技巧，还有一些心理因素及态度。想了解更多就直接看此书吧～值得推荐。

 
大前研一说：“如果你有一个创意点子，最有效知道这个点子有没有用的方法就是询问一百人啦。”从这一百人中，如果只有３人说这个创意太棒了，但是其他９７人说太无趣了，那就代表你的点子不行吗？不受大众接受吗？其实并不然，１００人中，有３人喜欢你的点子，就代表有３％的人口喜欢你的点子了。大马有两千八百万人，３％人口就是８４万人了。如果你的点子是售卖一种价值１００元服务或产品，那你的营业额就可能达到８千４百万了。
 
以上就是大前研一所说的论点。在此，我加上自己的一些想法。

 
在《你够拼命吗？》中，我留意到黎智英有提到三个点是关于经营之道的。
一，简单
黎智英指出，经营生意最重要就是简单。简单化每一个程序，每一个步骤，简单化管理，简单化行销，把最简单的东西，做到最好就等于成功了。如果公司经营上没有问题，就应该想想可不可以再简单化，这样问题就来了。麦当劳成功在世界各地开花结果，因为它的经营方式很简单。由店面布置，行销方案，员工管理，机器操作，食材制造，全都一致。不但简单，而且标准。这就是麦当劳的成功经营之道。其实生意经营并不要太复杂，尽量简单化每一个程序及步骤，这样问题就容易被发现及解决的。我记得有一句话“生意人把事情简单化，博士把事情复杂化”，不怪得我看课本上的理论会觉得困扰，而看商管书籍却很容易吸收。
